Kamloops Senior's Community Centre

Nestled in the heart of the North Shore is the home of the Kamloops Seniors Community Centre at 730 Cottonwood Ave. The Centre for Senior’s Information offers a variety of both physical and mental wellness activities seven days a week.  If that is not your taste perhaps a cup of coffee with friends in the Maple room will be. While you are there you can purchase a frozen “Take and Bake Meal” or a craft made by seniors in your community!
